Fatima Kingsbury has lived in Frederick County for 30 years. In those 30 years she has certainly seen the area explode with growth and popularity. Having raised all 3 of her children here and now watching her 2 grandchildren speaks to love of the community.

Fatima joined the Allwein Team in 2014 as a part time assistant. When you live in such a tight knit community, friendships can blend seamlessly into a wonderful work environment. Fatima took the position as the Allwein Teams assistant and a year later became a licensed Realtor to better help facilitate the needs of the growing team. In 2022, Fatima was promoted to Team Manager. She is responsible for transaction coordination, management of the listing and buying procedures, compliance and oversight of marketing. Fatima keeps the wheels turning for the day to day operation of the Allwein Team. When she's not working, Fatima loves to spend time with her adult children and their spouses, watching her granddaughters sporting events, hiking, gardening with her husband Chris and volunteering in the community with her therapy dog Nash.
