Phoenix Recovery Academy

Our team leader, Stacy Allwein, has been involved with Phoenix Recovery Academy since its earliest planning stages in 2019 and has served on the board since the school opened its doors in 2020. Phoenix is the only recovery high school in the state of Maryland, located right here in Frederick, and it provides a safe and supportive educational environment for students in recovery. Stacy is honored to step into the role of Board President for the Phoenix Foundation, continuing her commitment to empowering youth and their families.

After the loss of her husband, Bob, Stacy founded Be Like Bob, Inc., a nonprofit created to honor his legacy of kindness, generosity, and community service.
