About Sandra Cisneros

Sandra Cisneros graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in Marketing and Finance and knew early on that real estate was the career for her. After graduation, she jumped right in and joined the Allwein Team at Real, drawn to their strong values, collaborative culture, and client-first approach.

Bilingual in English and Spanish, and currently learning American Sign Language, Sandra is passionate about serving a diverse range of clients and making real estate accessible to all. She is also well-connected with investors throughout the DMV, giving her clients access to valuable opportunities in both on- and off-market properties.

Raised in Frederick, Sandra has deep ties to the community she proudly serves. Outside of real estate, she is deeply involved in the soccer world—whether it’s coaching with FC Frederick, where she grew up playing, working in tournament operations with Elite Tournaments and Bethesda Soccer Club, or serving as a U.S. Soccer Referee. She also enjoys staying active through running and coaching pickleball with Laskar Tennis.

Sandra is known for putting her clients first in every situation, consistently prioritizing their goals, needs, and long-term success. She is committed to providing clear communication, strong advocacy, and a seamless experience from start to finish.
