Meet Stacy
Stacy Allwein is a top-producing NAR member and Team Leader of the Allwein Team, Grand Centurion Award winner, and ranked in the top 100 for D.C. Metro NAR members. She has resided in Frederick County, MD, for over thirty years and has been involved in real estate buying, selling, and investing since 2002.
She specializes in working with all sellers, first-time home buyers, move-up buyers, investors, relocations, and seniors downsizing in both Maryland and Delaware. Since she is so relationship-focused, a large percentage of the people she helps are repeat clients and/or referrals. With the support of her entire team, she ensures that there is always coverage available, although Stacy's customer service, communication, and attention to her clients are second to none.
Stacy and her team handle everything to be sure your home stands out above the competition, including professional photography, staging, referrals to contractors, and more. Stacy and her husband, Bob, have raised their children in Frederick County and are very proud that her daughter, Emily, is a teacher with Frederick County Public Schools, and her son, Michael, is a NAR member on the Allwein Team.
When not in Frederick, Stacy can often be found selling houses at the beach and enjoying family, especially her granddaughters, at the family beach house in Delaware. She is very well known throughout the area for community involvement and volunteerism. Volunteering and giving back are a big part of what Stacy does in the community. Stacy is on the Board of the Phoenix Recovery Academy, volunteers with the Alzheimer’s Association, Toys for Tots, and many other charities.
Stacy received the Frederick County Association of REALTORS® 2018 Community Service Award and was recognized as a Frederick County "Do Gooder" for all that she does to give back to Frederick County.
