About Stacy Allwein

Stacy Allwein is a top-producing Realtor and Team Leader of the Allwein Team at Real Broker. She has been recognized as a Real Broker Elite Agent, earned the company’s highest award three years in a row, and has been ranked among the top agents in the DC Metro market. Stacy has lived in Frederick County for more than 35 years and has been involved in buying, selling, and investing in real estate since 2002.

Licensed in both Maryland and Delaware, Stacy specializes in helping sellers, first-time buyers, move-up buyers, investors, relocations, and seniors downsizing. Because she is so relationship-focused, a large percentage of her business comes from repeat clients and referrals. With the support of her team, Stacy is known for outstanding communication, strong market knowledge, and personalized service throughout every step of the process. Stacy and her team provide comprehensive marketing and support to help every home stand out, including professional photography, staging guidance, contractor referrals, and more. She raised her family in Frederick County and is proud that her daughter, Emily, is a teacher with Frederick County Public Schools, while her son, Michael, is also a Realtor with Real Broker.

When she is not working in Frederick, Stacy can often be found at the beach in Delaware enjoying time with her family, especially her granddaughters. She is also very active in the community and passionate about giving back. Stacy serves as President of the Board of the Phoenix Recovery Academy, Maryland’s only recovery high school, and volunteers with organizations including the Alzheimer’s Association, Toys for Tots, and other local charities.

Stacy has been recognized with the Frederick County Association of Realtors Community Service Award, Community Activist Award, and Do Gooder Award for her dedication to serving Frederick County and making a difference in the community.
